Are your watches authentic?
We sell 100% authentic luxury watches with all stickers (new), tags, papers and original box. We deal and have teamed up with reputable and well-known resellers of new and preowned watches from all over the globe.
What is the shipping timeframe?
For new watches, we require 3-6 business days to process and ship out if it is not in stock. Please contact us before to confirm availability. Preowned watches are shipped the same or next business day. All shipments are free of charge and are fully insured and trackable.
Who pays for import tax / duties?
Orders to USA, Canada and Europe have no customs or duties. If you wish to ship to any other country, contact us anytime during your order process to discuss shipping arrangements.
Can I visit your locations and pay there?
We prefer shipping the watch directly to your door for everyone’s safety and transparency. If the watch you want is in stock, we will send you pictures of every angle of the watch by email or your preferred communication method.
Who escrows this transaction?
We use Coingate’s payment services to insure a safe and reliable transaction for all parties. We will be happy to use any other reputable escrow service (all applicable fees are at your expense).
